Our history

  • 1995 - 1999

    After more than 10 years in leading positions (most recently CFO) in companies such as Siemens, IKEA and Neumann International Consultants, Ferry Fischer founded the Coaching Institute for Managers in Vienna.
    The first training as business coach in Austria is offered, which will produce more than 150 graduates over the next 5 years.

    Ferry Fischer founds the MentalCenter for management and top-class sport. Top athletes and sports teams are coached here (Austrian national hockey team, Austrian champion in hockey, golfer, olympic shooters, etc.) and training to become a mental coach.

  • 2000-2009

    First book by Ferry Fischer: "Im Gleichgewicht zu Spitzenleistungen".

    Publication of the audio coaching series with 4 titles, including a 21-day mental training program.

    The Coaching Institute is now one of the largest consulting companies in the fields of "Coaching" and "Change" in Austria. Second book by Ferry Fischer: "Durchbrechen Sie den Leistungszwang".

    Third book together with graduates of the mental-training program: "Lustvolles Selbstcoaching".

  • 2010-2019

    Foundation of the "League of Extraordinary Enterprises" by Ferry Fischer together with some consultant colleagues.

    Ferry Fischer leaves the Coaching Institute to bundle all activities in the new company "EEE FOCUS CONSULTING". From now on he decides to work with an agile network.

    Foundation of the EEE-CIRCLE. Due to the many years of market presence and the numerous graduates of past trainings, he founds a superb circle of well-known executives and top subject specialists in order to manage projects exclusively with "Excellent, Efficient, Extraordinary" consultants.

    The EEE-CIRCLE forms a consortium with Herbert Willerth (former COO of Boeralis AG), which is dedicated to the topic of "World Class Safety Performance". Globally operating companies are accompanied in their change to this safety performance.
    With the Leadership To Go training, a new path of leadership training is being taken and a top requested product is being launched.

  • 2020-2022

    All topics of courses and change programs are recorded in Learn-Bites and are thus accessible to everyone in online course form. In particular, managers who have completed the L2G program can now use this help to develop their teams in a targeted manner.

    Due to the Covid19 situation, a digital version is being created for all programs and products, so that both options - live in person and digital - are now available at all times. As a result, internationalization is being strongly promoted and new projects are being launched throughout Europe.

He completed his studies of business administration in Graz. Afterwards he was active in various management functions. In 1995 he started his own business in the field of coaching and management consulting and trained more than 180 business coaches with his team. In 2012 he founded the “League of Extraordinary Enterprises” based in Vienna.

Ferry Fischer has many years of experience as a coach for different management levels. As a management coach he supports companies like BMW, Boehringer Ingelheim, Borealis, Capgemini, Knorr-Bremse, Mitsubishi Hitachi, Takeda, Nokia, ÖBB, etc.

His vision/mission: “To discover the potential of people, teams and companies and to accompany them in their development”.

In addition to his management responsibilities, Ferry Fischer was a successful competitive athlete (hockey and golf) and also achieved numerous championship titles as a coach. He was able to expand his experience and knowledge of the possibilities of performance improvement himself by participating in various marathons (including New York) and by mentoring top athletes (hockey, shooting, golf).
